nylon sheath missing

did not come with the nylon sheath shown on web site and printed on box...crude leather sheath provided.
thinner metal than similar product on amazon for $8.03 -

I love throwing these but the handle wrapping falls off very easy and the axe actually snapped into two parts when I threw it. I love these axes but the wrapping wasn't that good
