Not really “satisfaction guaranteed”

The fit and finish on this blade is terrible. Gaps between the metal and wood scales. Scales that don’t fit, high metal and high wood. On one side the wood scale is offset, doesn’t fit. When I reached out the response wasn’t to correct any issues or to actually guarantee satisfaction, only that I can return it if I don’t like it. Well for $10 I’ll just throw it away.
