We needed a knife around the house and wanted something that would be childproof. This knife works well and the spring assist mechanism makes it safe to be left around children.

I am overall impressed with the quality and feel of this knife. it looks absolutely amazing. Premium steel wrapped in a wooden frame complimenting each other. well no review is complete without cons, but so far all i can say is that the blade isn't really sharp when u run your fingers against it put it passes the paper cutting test. this knife is overall a great buy and i would recommend it.
